PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY:-
Application forms for the First Phase of admission to Class XI Session 2024-25 in Science, Humanities and Commerce streams will be available online starting from 11th April 2024 on payment of Rs. 300 (Rupees Three Hundred) only.
Admission forms completed in all respects are to reach the school office within 5 days from the date of the result of the Class X qualifying Board Examination.
In the event of any difficulties encountered while filling out the online form, individuals are welcome to visit the school office at SSA Dispur on the 25th, 26th, and 27th of April, 2024 from 10 am to 2 pm to assist with the completion and submission of the online form. You are kindly requested to bring a passport-size photo of the candidate to the school office to fill up the admission form.
Admission will be given on first-cum-first serve basis based on marks scored in the class X qualifying examination. Students scoring more than 85% marks are eligible to get direct admission in any stream.

Documents to be produced on the day of submission and admission:
1. Photocopies of the Admit Card of the student
2. Photocopies of Class X Board Mark Sheet.
3. Photocopies of Caste Certificate (if applicable).
4. Original Mark sheet, Original Admit Card and Original Caste Certificate (if applicable) should be produced at the time of admission for verification.
5. Original Migration Certificate (for candidates passing from Boards other than CBSE).
6. Transfer certificate and Character certificate from the school last attended should be produced at the time of admission. (if available)
7. The admission fees and 1st quarter fees as stated on the website must be paid only after the admission is completed. This amount is non-refundable.
8. If a student wishes to change his/her stream, they may apply for the same within one month of admission subject to scoring qualifying marks. The deposited fee will be adjusted accordingly.
9. Student PEN (Permanent Education Number) should be provided from the previous school where the student had studied.
