We understand that admission is always stressful for parents and their wards. Hence, we have made the admission process as smooth and streamlined as possible. Before you approach the school for the admission form, read the following criteria and guidelines.

Criteria

- Students seeking admission to higher classes on transfer may be admitted subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of certain conditions.

- The standard of the admission test is set at the level of the preceding class.

- Subjects in which admission tests are conducted are as follows :

  • Class II to X – English, Mathematics, Science and General Knowledge

Admission to Std XI

- For admission to Std XI, the candidate’s marks at the board examination must be higher than the minimum cut-off percentage prescribed by us.

- Admission of SSA students into Class XI is not automatic.

The Admission Form can be obtained from the school office on payment of Rs 150.

  • The form must be filled out and submitted to the school office.
  • Incomplete or illegible Admission Forms will not be processed.

Documents Required

Every Admission Form submitted to the school office should be accompanied by the following :

  • 4 copies of student’s photo
  • Last Report Card
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Birth Certificate

Withdrawal Rules

- Withdrawal of students from the school must be notified a minimum 15 days prior to the commencement of the following term.

- Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all dues for the entire academic session have been cleared, along with a certificate fee of Rs 50.

FEES

Following are SSA’s rules for fees. All parents and their wards must strictly adhere to the rules, which are binding on everyone.

  1. The tuition fees cover 12 calendar months i.e. April to March (Stds I to X)
  2. The tuition fees cover 12 calendar months i.e. June to May (Stds XI and XII)
  3. Fees must be paid at the SSA cash counter before the 15th of every month, failing which a fine of Re 1 per day will be levied
  4. Students failing to pay their fees for three consecutive months will have their names struck off the rolls. Such students will have to seek re-admission by paying the necessary fees.
  5. Fees will be enhanced every year to meet the demands of increasing salaries and also to improve facilities provided to the students
  6. The fee structure as fixed by the school is binding on parents/guardians taking admission for their wards. Parents/guardians should acquaint themselves with the fee structure before seeking admission for their wards.
  7. Students seeking admission mid-term will have to pay the full term fees
  8. Students failing to pay the fees will be debarred from taking the half-yearly / annual examinations
